Training Log

Most of these runs are measured using Nike+ iPod equipment which can only store one day’s runs. If I forget to sync the iPod between consecutive runs, I lose the data and must rely on memory. The heavy schedule didn’t really start until after I purchased a new pair of Nike Tailwinds in Beijing on around Feb. 10th because I left my Brooks, by extremely saddening accident, on Tonsai Beach, Thailand. As I inaugurate this page on February 25, 2009, my memory is only stretching back about a week sans iPod.
